Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with sharp cheddar or gouda.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the topping

  • 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce Can substitute with a lighter cream or homemade pesto.
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Use different types of bacon for variety.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a pizza crust shape that’s about 1/4 inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the Alfredo sauce over the top.
  • Top with the crumbled bacon and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap slices in plastic wrap and foil for up to 3 months.
