Crust Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Toppings (customizable)

  • pizza sauce Use as desired
  • vegetables Add your choice of vegetables
  • meat Add your choice of cooked meats
  • additional cheese Sprinkle as desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overwork the chicken.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings, spreading pizza sauce evenly over the crust, followed by your favorite vegetables and meats.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. Customize toppings based on what's available and in season. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
