  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Regular or gluten-free based on preference.

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley For freshness and color.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Can use pre-minced garlic for convenience.
  • 1 each egg Acts as a binder for the meatballs.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning For added flavor.
  • 1/4 cup milk Keeps meatballs moist.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on the sheet, leaving space between them.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with pasta, in a sub, or as appetizers.

Notes

To maximize freshness, store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze cooked meatballs in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
