  • 1 bag frozen tater tots Ensure they are gluten-free if needed.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Optional, use based on preference.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can adjust based on flavor preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, and mixed vegetables if using. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish, smoothing out the top for an even bake.
  • Top with a layer of tater tots, arranging them in a single layer over the chicken mixture for maximum crispiness.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown, crispy, and the edges are bubbling.
  • Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes
