Filling

  • 3/4 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1 can cherry pie filling or maraschino cherries

  • 15 oz almond bark

Preparation

  • Bake the brownies as directed and let cool completely.
  • Crumble the cooled brownies and mix with chocolate frosting until it reaches a consistency that can easily form balls.
  • Take about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the brownie mixture, create a hole in the center, and place a cherry inside. Seal the mixture around the cherry.
  • Freeze the formed brownie bombs for about 20 minutes.

Coating

  • Melt the almond bark according to package instructions.
  • Once melted, dip each bomb in the melted almond bark, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place them on wax paper to dry completely.
