  • 1 cup peanut butter Use smooth peanut butter for easier mixing.
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can use milk, dark, or white chocolate.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, Rice Krispies, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
  • Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

  • Serve and enjoy your no-bake treats!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze with parchment paper between layers.
