Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  • Gently pour the chocolate mixture into your pie crust, tap the edges to settle it.
  • Drizzle caramel over the chocolate layer and sprinkle mixed nuts on top.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving.

Notes

For the best texture, chill your ingredients and let the pie rest for at least 2-4 hours. Feel free to substitute nuts or adjust sweetness to taste.
