Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with French fried onions.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the onions turn golden brown.

Notes

You can prepare this dish a day ahead! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze the casserole for longer storage and reheat in the oven.
