Ingredients
  

For the Mocktail

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup Adjust sweetness by adding more to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender Fresh lavender can be used in half the amount.
  • 2 cups water Used for steeping the lavender.
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish For an attractive look.

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the dried lavender and let steep for about 10 minutes. Strain and discard the lavender.
  • In a pitcher, combine the coconut water, fresh lemon juice, lavender infusion, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  • Fill glasses with ice, pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

If you have any leftover mocktail, pour it into a sealed container and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. Stir before serving again. For a fruity twist, add fresh berries or replace coconut water with sparkling water for a fizzy version.
