  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened) Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use your favorite brand of cheddar cheese.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Optional to adjust for a creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional) Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For flavor and garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in the drained corn, cheddar cheese, jalapeños (if using), and green onions.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. For garnish, add extra diced green onions or jalapeños on top.
