  • 1 cup cottage cheese Use whipped cottage cheese for a creamier texture.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste preferences.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup shredded chicken breasts About 1/2 lb or 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast.
  • 1 cup red bell pepper Diced.
  • 2 green onions Sliced.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F and grease a medium-sized oven-safe ceramic dish.
  • Add cottage cheese, olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, adjusting spices to taste.
  • Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into the greased dish. Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and diced red bell pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Top the mixture with additional shredded cheese.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown. Use oven mitts to handle the hot dish.

Serving

  • Serve warm with pita, chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

To store leftover dip, place it in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer before serving. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level and consider adding more veggies for extra nutrition.
