Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool before breaking into chips and serving.

Notes

Store Cottage Cheese Chips in an airtight container for about a week at room temperature. For extra crispiness, add a paper towel to absorb moisture. You can also freeze them for longer storage, layering with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
