Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the egg yolks and whites into two bowls.
Blend the egg yolks with cottage cheese and salt in a blender or food processor until smooth.
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture in three parts, maintaining the airy texture.
Spoon the batter into 6 rounds on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and puffed.
