Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls Soft and sweet rolls, perfect for sliders.
  • 6 large Eggs Whisked and scrambled to your liking.
  • 1 pound Ground pork sausage Cooked until browned.
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy.
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded for easy melting.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Cooking

  • Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until cooked to your liking.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy in the same skillet.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  • Layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  • Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter and bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts and rolls are slightly golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Feel free to add more toppings like sliced avocado, salsa, or hot sauce for a bit of a kick. You can also prepare the sausage and eggs the night before to save time in the morning.
