  • 4 pieces croissants Preferably high-quality from a local bakery.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut the croissants in half lengthwise and gently fill each half with the crab mixture.
  • Serve immediately, or chill the sandwiches in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a cold option.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve on a beautiful platter garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges. Pair with a light side dish and drinks.

Notes

Make the crab mixture in advance and fill the croissants just before serving. For added flavor, use fresh herbs or add a teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning.
