Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked beef bacon
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 68 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place boneless chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  • Dollop cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken.

Cooking

  • Set the slow cooker to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred with two forks.
  • Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir well.

Assembly

  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  • Scoop a generous portion of the shredded chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then layer on toppings.
  • Serve the tacos garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

For a more gourmet touch, serve with homemade salsa or guacamole. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
