Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
In one bowl, mix flour, ranch seasoning, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the panko mixture. Press gently to ensure the coating sticks.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with ranch dipping sauce or spicy aioli.
Notes
For extra crispiness, preheat the baking sheet before placing the chicken tenders on it. You can also use an air fryer for a healthier version.
