Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir well.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, greasing the dish lightly if necessary.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.

Cooking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
