  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For creaminess
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, keeping the drippings in the skillet.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook until they start to brown.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in cooked bacon and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a side dish alongside your favorite main courses.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave, adding a splash of cream if needed.
