Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate, keeping it warm.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Cook the cream until it starts to bubble at the edges.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve

  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it.
  • Allow it to simmer for a few minutes for the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with garlic bread or roasted vegetables. Pairs well with white wine.
