  • 6-8 whole garlic cloves

Preparation

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork chops and brown them on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add the garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer in the cream sauce for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the skillet when browning the pork chops. You can adjust the garlic amount to taste, and add a splash of lemon juice for extra zing. Additionally, try adding mushrooms to the creamy sauce for more flavor.
