  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble over the dish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt Season to taste
  • to taste Pepper Season to taste
  • 1 splash Cream (optional) For a creamier dish
  • to taste Parmesan cheese (optional) For topping

Preparation

  • Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet.
  • Crumble feta cheese over the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • For a creamier dish, add a splash of cream and mix well.
  • Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of water or cream if needed.
