Preparation

  • Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Stir in the cooked orzo, ricotta cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
