  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika Optional for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, and cauliflower.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen. Use cooked chicken to save time, and feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
