  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Prepare the broccoli by steaming or blanching it in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes, or until just tender. Drain well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, steamed broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
