  • 5 cups broccoli florets Steamed or blanched until just tender
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Rotisserie chicken can save time
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Homemade ranch can be used as an alternative
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well afterward.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until well-coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in your greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the top with the additional cheddar and mozzarella.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the broccoli. Customize with your favorite veggies or cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
