Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, and any other preferred toppings

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the chicken into strips.

Assembly

  • On each tortilla, layer mozzarella cheese, sliced chicken, and any additional toppings.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve these wraps warm, straight from the air fryer. They taste great on their own, but you can also add some dipping sauces like ranch, barbecue, or hot sauce for extra flavor. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back into the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until they are warm and crispy again.
