Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 cup Water Moistens the dough to bind everything together

For Rolling

  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar For rolling, gives that sweet finish
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon Classic churro spice, warm and aromatic

For Cooking

  • Cooking spray Cooking spray Helps them crisp up in the air fryer

Preparation

  • Bring water and butter to a boil in a saucepan. When it’s bubbling and fragrant, you’ll know it’s ready.
  • Add the flour and salt all at once and stir until a thick dough comes together.
  • Let the dough cool for about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Pipe the dough onto parchment paper into bite-sized shapes using a star tip.
  • Spray your piped bites lightly with cooking spray and air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  • While warm, toss them in a cinnamon-sugar bath.

Notes

Cool the dough before adding eggs to avoid scrambling. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. Serve warm for the best experience.
