  • 4 pieces pork chops Bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with other cheeses
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use plain or seasoned
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each pork chop into the eggs, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  • Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chops are cooked through and golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve hot with your choice of sides such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Make sure to coat the pork chops well for extra crunch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
