These lacy, golden chips made from cottage cheese are the perfect high-protein, low-carb snack. Ingredients
  

Base

  • full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional Toppings

  • garlic powder or paprika
  • shredded Parmesan or cheddar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the tray, leaving space between each. Flatten slightly.
  • Sprinkle with salt and any desired seasonings or shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool completely on the tray before removing. Chips will crisp further as they cool.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese for best results. For extra flavor, try seasoning with everything bagel mix, herbs, or a dab of Sriracha. Chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in oven to re-crisp. Not freezer-friendly.
