  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch For coating

For the Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup Yogurt Plain or Greek yogurt works well
  • to taste Additional flavorings (herbs, lemon juice, etc.) Customize the dip

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil broccoli until tender, then drain and let cool.
  • Smash the broccoli with a flat object until flattened.

Coating and Baking

  • In a bowl, mix cornstarch with seasonings.
  • Coat the smashed broccoli with the cornstarch mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) until golden and crisp, about 15-20 minutes.

Dipping Sauce

  • While baking, mix yogurt with additional flavorings for the dipping sauce.

Serving

  • Serve hot with the yogurt-based dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. To keep them crispy, avoid sealing them in a plastic bag, as it can trap moisture. Reheat in the oven to regain their crunch if needed.
