Ingredients
  

Broccoli Chips

  • 1 large head Broccoli Cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain or Greek
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Herbs (optional) For flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil the broccoli until tender, then drain and let it cool slightly.
  • Smash the broccoli florets with a flat object to flatten them.
  • In a bowl, mix cornstarch with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Coat the smashed broccoli with the seasoned cornstarch mixture.

Cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the coated broccoli on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serving

  • For the dipping sauce, mix yogurt with lemon juice and herbs if using.
  • Serve the chips warm with the tangy yogurt-based dipping sauce.

Notes

Store the chips in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best enjoyed fresh but can last for 1-2 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain crunch.
