Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easier blending.
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta You can experiment with different pasta shapes.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and Italian dressing mix, then pour over the chicken.
  • Add the softened cream cheese on top.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  • Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  • Shred the chicken in the Crock Pot and stir to mix with the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken mixture over a bed of angel hair pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze the chicken mixture for up to 3 months. Reheat after thawing overnight in the fridge.
