Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by placing the chicken breasts directly in the Crock Pot. Ensure they are in a single layer for even cooking.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and cream cheese using a whisk or spatula until smooth and creamy—this should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the creamy mixture all over the chicken in the Crock Pot, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.

Cooking

  • Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. You'll know it’s done when the chicken is cooked through and tender enough to shred easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Fluff the cooked chicken gently with a fork and serve it over warm noodles, creamy mashed potatoes, or fluffy rice, soaking up that delicious sauce.

Notes
