  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Taco shells or tortillas For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the beef chuck roast directly into your crock pot, ensuring it’s centered.

Cooking

  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
  • Shred the beef using two forks and mix it into the juices in the crock pot.

Notes
