Preparation

  • Place the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, trimmed green beans, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the crock pot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and paprika, if using.
  • Stir everything together to ensure the ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed in the broth.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  • If you decided to use olive oil, drizzle it over the mixture before serving.

Notes
