  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of potato soup

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes and kielbasa.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of potato soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy your hearty meal!
