  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in or boneless
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth Low sodium can be used
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Serve the chicken and gravy over cooked white rice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. For best results, store chicken and gravy separately from rice when freezing.
