  • 1 lb Kielbasa sausage Sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb Green beans Washed and trimmed
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes Cut in half if large
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Mince

Liquids and Seasonings

  • 2 cups Chicken broth Ensure enough broth to submerge ingredients
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste

Preparation

  • Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about one inch long.
  • Wash and trim the green beans, removing the ends.
  • If the baby potatoes are large, cut them in half.
  • In the crockpot, add the sliced kielbasa, washed green beans, and halved baby potatoes. Stir gently to mix.
  • Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic, then add them to the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and stir gently to combine.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
