  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Substitute with tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Add for extra heat
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine the sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, and red pepper flakes in your crockpot. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Toss in the sliced kielbasa, making sure to stir thoroughly so that each piece is evenly coated in the sauce.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot, setting it to cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Be sure to stir occasionally, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

Serving

  • Serve the kielbasa bites warm, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To freeze, transfer cooled bites to a freezer-safe bag or container and store for up to three months.
