Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set.
  • Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.

Assembly

  • Fold the edges of the tortilla inwards to create a wrap.
