Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium Cucumbers (English cucumbers recommended)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or desired type)
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes For added spice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Dill, cilantro, parsley) Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Nuts (Almonds, peanuts) For added crunch

Preparation

  • Slice your cucumbers into bite-sized rounds or sticks. The thinner the slices, the more flavor they’ll absorb!

Assembly

  • Toss cucumbers into a bowl. Sprinkle on shredded cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, Old Bay, and Salad Supreme. Drizzle with avocado lime ranch dressing.

Mix & Serve

  • Stir until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately, or chill for a super-refreshing experience.

Notes

Cucumber Snack is best served fresh. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They are best eaten within a day or two for optimal freshness, but note that the cucumbers may release water and become a bit soggy over time. Use cold cucumbers for extra crunch and refreshment and experiment with different types of cheese for your favorite flavor combination. For a twist, try adding diced tomatoes or bell peppers.
