- 4 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter Can be replaced with almond or sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar Add more for extra sweetness if desired
- 1 cup pink candy melts or colored candies Optional; can be replaced with white chocolate

Preparation
- In a large bowl, measure the rice cereal.
- In a saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Place the coated cereal into a large resealable bag with powdered sugar.
- Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is coated in powdered sugar.
- If using, melt the pink candy melts and drizzle over the coated mixture.
- Allow to cool, then serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For freshness, store in an airtight container. Lasts about a week at room temperature. Can be frozen; let thaw at room temperature before serving.
