Base Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef or plant-based alternative Choose your preferred protein source.
  • 4 pieces Burger buns Toasted or grilled for enhanced flavor.
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar, gouda, or any favorite cheese.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded or whole leaves, as preferred.
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced.
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Sliced.

Condiments

  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Optional Gourmet Touches

  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked.
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced.
  • 1 cup Sautéed mushrooms

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the ground beef, and shape it into a patty. Cook it to your preferred doneness.
  • Slice the buns and lightly toast them until golden.
  • Prepare vegetables by slicing the tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Melt the cheese on the patty in the last few minutes of cooking.

Plating

  • On a large plate, arrange each ingredient separately. Place the cooked patty in the center.
  • Fan out the lettuce and tomato on one side of the patty, and place the bun halves beside them.
  • Add condiments in small bowls or drizzle them artistically around the plate.

Notes

Use a variety of fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Don't overload the plate and allow space for each component to shine.
