  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smooth Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles finely chopped Adjust amount based on taste preference.

Preparation

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Finely chop enough dill pickles to measure 1/2 cup.
  • Combine the blended cottage cheese with all other ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as needed; flavors will develop over time.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least an hour; for optimal flavor, prepare ahead to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir before serving if flavors settle. For extra flavor, add green onions or jalapeƱos.
