Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise For a lighter option, substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust based on preference.

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, usually about 7-10 minutes. Drain and rinse it briefly under cold water to cool it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, finely chopped red onion, and diced celery. Stir to distribute all ingredients evenly.

Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic powder, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring everything is well-coated.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with fresh dill or a sprinkle of paprika.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
