  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  • In the last hour of cooking, add the broccoli florets.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in freezer-safe bags. Thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat.
