  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles Discard seasoning packets
  • 12–15 pieces Frozen Dumplings
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 3 stalks Green Onions (chopped) For garnish
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese (optional) For topping

Preparation and Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and broth.
  • Layer half the ramen noodles into the baking dish. Place dumplings on top evenly, then layer with the remaining noodles.
  • Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the entire dish. Use tongs to gently press ingredients together for even distribution.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese or panko, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for a burst of freshness and color.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm straight from the baking dish.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies or proteins. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
