Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) Leave out for nut-free option
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts if using.
  • Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Best served chilled. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for added color. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days, but best enjoyed within the first two days.
