  • 1 package Golden Oreos crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Pudding Layer

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz size)
  • 2 cups cold milk

Decorations

  • Easter candy decorations like chocolate eggs, bunny gummies, marshmallow chicks
  • shredded coconut or green frosting tinted green to mimic grass

Instructions

  • Crush Golden Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag until fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter to create a sandy texture.
  • Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping to form a mousse.
  • In a 9x13-inch casserole dish, layer half the cookie crumbs, all of the cream cheese mixture, then the pudding mousse, followed by the remaining crumbs on top.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, decorate with candy eggs, bunnies, marshmallow chicks, and green-tinted coconut or frosting for a garden effect.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight and decorate just before serving. Use cold milk for pudding and softened cream cheese to avoid lumps. Perfect for Easter gatherings or a fun family project.
